RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Place the item securely in its original packaging

Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

Send all items back to us using the label provided.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Refunds for Items with A Discount or Free Gift
Refunds for products purchased with a discount that is applicable over a certain order value and the return takes the order value below that threshold, the discount will need to be taken into account when the refund is made.
For free gifts with purchase. These are considered part of the purchase & must be included, in un-used condition, with any such returns, in order for a full refund/ credit/ exchange to be given. If an item is returned without the free gift, we reserve the right to charge the full RRP for it, which will be automatically deducted from any refund made.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
